These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of renavodrinks.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Renavo LLC ("Renavo," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order on the Site.

2. PRODUCT AND HEALTH INFORMATION

Renavo is a dietary supplement. The information on the Site is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not intended to replace advice from your doctor, nephrologist, dietitian or other healthcare provider.

Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Every renal diet is different. Before using Renavo, review the Supplement Facts with your healthcare provider or dietitian, especially if you have a medical condition, follow a fluid restriction, take medications or other supplements, or are pregnant or nursing. Use our products only as directed on the label.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND PRICING

We work to make sure product descriptions, images, nutrition information and prices on the Site are accurate. Product packaging and formulas may change, so always read the label on the product you receive. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If your payment has already been charged, we'll issue a full refund.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud or errors. You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method and ship your order at the frequency you select (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks) at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

You can skip, change or cancel your subscription anytime by logging in to your account, with no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, you must cancel or skip before that order processes. Canceling stops future orders but does not refund orders that have already processed, except as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

We may change subscription prices or terms. If we do, we'll notify you by email before the change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before your next order processes.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. ACCOUNTS

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at support@renavodrinks.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site, including the Renavo name, logo, product designs, text, graphics and images, is owned by or licensed to Renavo LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit a review, comment, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display and share it in connection with our business. You agree that your submissions are truthful, reflect your own experience, and do not violate anyone's rights. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Site to violate any law, interfere with the Site's operation or security, submit false or misleading information, resell our products without our written permission, or use any automated means to access or collect data from the Site.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as health information resources. We don't control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renavo LLC and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or our products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states don't allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renavo LLC and its owners, employees and partners from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our products.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
