Subscription Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Renavo subscriptions purchased at renavodrinks.com. One-time orders and trial packs are not subscriptions and do not renew.

HOW YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

When you subscribe, you choose a delivery schedule of every 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Your subscription renews automatically on that schedule until you cancel. Each time an order processes, we charge the payment method on file for the subscription price shown at checkout, and every subscription order ships free.

Subscription savings depend on your schedule:

• Every 4 weeks: 20% off
• Every 6 weeks: 17% off
• Every 8 weeks: 15% off

HOW TO CANCEL

You can cancel anytime, with no fees and no minimum number of orders.

1. Log in to your account at renavodrinks.com.
2. Go to your subscriptions.
3. Select the subscription and choose Cancel.

If you have trouble canceling online, email us at support@renavodrinks.com and we’ll cancel it for you. We’ll send you an email confirming your cancellation.

WHEN YOUR CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT

To stop your next order, cancel before it processes. You can see your next order date in your account. If an order has already processed or shipped before you cancel, that order will still be delivered, and it follows our Refund Policy.

If you were charged for a renewal after canceling on time, contact us and we’ll refund that charge in full.

SKIPPING OR CHANGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Instead of canceling, you can log in to your account anytime before your next order processes to:

• Skip a delivery
• Change how often it ships
• Switch between the bulk pouch and stick packs
• Update your payment method or shipping address

PRICE CHANGES

If the price of your subscription changes, we’ll email you before the new price applies to your next order. You can cancel before then if you don’t want to continue.
